At Grand Ticino we are honored to provide our guests with a refined dining experience. To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask that you review our reservation policy below:
Reservations & Seating:
We strongly recommend reservations, particularly for evenings and weekends.
Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person. Parties of up to 10 can reserve online. Parties 11 and up can call the restaurant directly to inquire about availability.
Reservation Timing & Grace Period:
Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. After this time, your table may be released or your wait time may be extended.
Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Special Requests:
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and special occasions with advance notice.
Seating preferences (indoor, window, etc.) will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
Children & Attire:
We welcome well-behaved children. High chairs are available upon request.
Business casual is appreciated to preserve the ambiance of our dining room.
