PLEASE READ COMPLETE POLICY & RESERVATION INFORMATION (Mother’s Day Policy differs from general reservation policy so please read carefully below.) Thank you for you reservation. Please keep in mind by completing reservation deposit you agree to our reservations policy (www.guadalajara-grill.com/policy). Guadalajara Grill has a unique reservation schedule and policy because of our live entertainment and buffet schedule. Reservations must be on time to check-in. Upon check-in time the person in charge of the reservation must check-in. Please keep in mind entire party must be present in order to be seated. Seating time is 90 minutes. Reminder: Any late reservations will be considered a walk-in. No exceptions. No Balloons or Strollers allowed. No outside food or drinks allowed. Cake Policy: Due to shortage of space and handling issues, cakes or any outside desserts must be kept at table, no exceptions. There is a $25 cake fee per cake/dessert, which includes plates, utensils, and cutting service. Cutting fee applies to any outside cake or desserts, even if customer supplies own plates/utensils or wants to cut at table, cake fee is $25 per cake/dessert. Please keep in mind; we are not liable/responsible for any handling or accidental issues with cakes. It is at your own risk. In-house birthday upgrades: A complementary birthday cupcake is provided for birthday guest during visit. Birthday dessert and package upgrades are available upon customer request, additional cost applies. Ask about our birthday packages for more information. For group reservations we also offer a $4 per person add-on, options include flan, tres leches cake or ice cream, this option is open only when making a group reservation agreement as our kitchen needs timely notice for preparation. Guadalajara Grill is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Minimum of $30 must be consumed per person, per show. For deposits guests must present both their ID and the credit card on which the deposit was charged to verify card holder authentication before any credit can be given. Cancellations for group reservations of 20 or more made less than seven (7) days prior to the reservation date/time are non-refundable. Cancellations for group reservations of 7-19 people made less than 48 hours from reservation time are non-refundable. Please keep in mind all guests must be guaranteed upon making reservation, reservations are subject to a $30 per person charge if there are any missing or cancelled guests. Person that makes the reservation is responsible that final bill is paid, including if cash and carry service is requested and/or if group requests separate checks. For Walk-ins, we do not offer wait times. Please understand because of our live entertainment guests may/may not choose to stay for entire show so we cannot predict how tables will turn. Please keep in mind gratuity is automatically included on groups of 10 or more, and/or if check exceeds $250 dollars. Even if group requests separate checks and/or alcohol cash and carry. (15% Gratuity during buffet and lunch hours, 18% Gratuity during dinner hours.) Reservations are strongly recommended. **For Mother's Day Weekend** Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are credited towards final bill on day of visit. Any cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposits. Any missing guests are subject to a $30 charge per person. Guest must provide cardholder ID and credit card in order to recieve credit for deposit.
