Gusanoz was founded in 2005 by Maria Limon and Nick Yager with the intention of bringing made-from-scratch Mexican food to the Upper Valley. We have tried to create a good working environment for our employees that pays a living wage and offers the opportunity to grow. Maria is a native of Mexico, having lived much of her life in both Sonora or Gomez Palacio, Durango. Our food is heavily influenced by these two regions. Thank you for your business!
