This reservation system is used to help manage our SHOW DAYS/TIMES. If you are not interested in one of our shows, then you do not need to make a reservation. We have tables that are not in the show area, which are walk-in only. "SHOW Time" vs "RESERVATION Time" Mary tries her best to start shows on-time. Therefore, reservation times are typically 15-45 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled show start time. (ex: If you want to see the 8pm show, then select one of the available time slots between 7:15-7:45p). Just like any other show, it's best if everyone is seated before the show begins. Please visit our website event calendar for complete list of show times. Our reservation system also limits the number of guests per 15min interval… so if you see the 7:30 slot is not available, that’s OK Honey! Just select another time slot that is available. Staggering our guest arrivals helps keep our kitchen running smoothly and allows our Hamburger Helper Staff to give the best service possible! LARGE PARTIES: You can make a reservation for up to 10 people online. For larger parties, please email us (chicago@hamburgermarys.com). Please do not make multiple reservations, as we may not be able to seat you together. Credit Card is required to hold reservations of 6 or more. We may charge $10 per person for no-shows and empty seats. So be sure to update your party size at least 24 hours in advance! MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS Please do not make multiple reservations and then ask to be sat together. If you need to add people to your reservation, please EMAIL US and we will try to accommodate you. Making ONE reservation is the only way to guarantee you will be sitting together. SHOW FEES: In order for us to provide the best entertainment for you, we charge a show fee for seating in the Dining Room during show times ($5-10 for most shows). This fee helps us cover our overhead associated with the shows. Note: You may be charged the Show Fee for empty seats in your party, so be sure to let us know in advance if the number of people in your party changes (see below). DOLLAR$ Tipping the performers is part of the fun of a drag show. It also helps our Divas maintain their top-notch aesthetics (drag ain't cheap, y'all). While it is not required, we encourage guests to bring dollar bills for tipping. If you don't have time to run to the bank, don't worry... we have an ATM on-site and a limited supply of singles :-) CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so through the Toast reservation app/website using the link you were sent. You may also email us (chicago@hamburgermarys.com) For parties of 6 or more, we may charge $10 per person for no-shows and late cancellations. RESERVATION CHANGES: If you need to update the number of people in your party, it is best to EMAIL us (we are not always able to assist over the phone, especially during show times). Again, You may be charged for empty seats in your party! (ex: You reserve for 10, but only 4 show up) So be sure to let us know in advance if the number of people in your party changes. SERVICE FEE: A 20% Service Fee is added to all guest checks at Hamburger Mary’s. This fee is shared with the entire staff. If you receive exceptional service, you are welcome to leave your individual server or bartender additional gratuity. But it is not required. NO SPLIT CHECKS It is not our policy to "split" checks by guest/items. However, we can take multiple forms of payment (ex: "Put $30 on this CC, and the rest in cash" ... "Split evenly between these ___ credit cards" ... etc) PARKING: There is a parking lot available for guests directly behind our building (off Winthrop Ave). Spaces are limited, and are not reservable. If you do park in the lot, don't plan on drinking! Vehicles left overnight may be towed by the property management. QUESTIONS?
