Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Hand roll bars are a unique where each sushi piece is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.
