Hangar 24 began in an airplane hangar at the Redlands airport, where a few friends, a grill, a guitar, and homebrew made Thursday the night everyone showed up. Hangar 24 Orange County carries that night to Irvine, minutes from John Wayne Airport, with two acres of patio and room for the whole crew. We brew our beer in Redlands and pour it here fresh, led by Orange Wheat, made with whole oranges picked near the brewery. The kitchen turns out smash burgers, wings, tacos, and plates meant for the middle of the table. The bar pours a margarita people order twice and stocks sipping tequila. Bands play on weekends, and the kids get a menu of their own. Come after work, after the road, after the long week. There is a chair pulled out for you.
