The meal was true Southern cooking! It was like eating at a relative or friend’s home you may visit in some NOLA homes. The crab rice was very tasty and filling. My side item was cabbage, which I enjoyed as well! The liver was cooked similar to my mom’s, and she can turn anyone into a liver eater (lol). The Arnold-Palmer type drink is the stuff that a sugar-holic dreams of. I think I could have drank a pitcher by myself. The staff was nice and provided great service. We actually received our food fairly quickly, although we were expecting a long wait.
