MÄRZEN – OKTOBERFEST LAGER –A full-bodied, malt forward German Lager. Made with locally-malted Vienna and Munich malts from Carolina Malt House. This lager has notes of caramel, toffee, and fresh pumpernickel bread. ABV: 5.8%

Hazy IPA brewed with locally-malted Pilsner, oats, and rye. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Superdelic.Look for an explosion of strawberry, pineapple, citrus, and hard candies, with a dank undercurrent. ABV - 7%

Crisp, dry, and hoppy lager made with a blend of different Pilsner malts. Cousin Vinny is hopped with Saaz and Sterling in the kettle then dry hopped with more Sterling from Crosby Hop Farm. This beer is light and refreshing with floral, grassy, and lemon citrus hop notes. ABV: 5.1%

This malt-forward lager is brewed using a blend of Vienna and Pilsner malts from Carolina Malt House, along with a dash of their Munich Malt. Fermented cold with a favored lager strain, this amber lager displays notes of fresh bread crust and honey, with a bit of floral hop character. ABV: 4.9%

Sporting a simple grist of Riverbend Pilsner and Chit malts, this quaffable pilsner exudes notes of canned peaches, melon, and citrus peel. Fermented low and slow, this beer drinks like driving a station wagon with the top down. ABV: 5.5%.

Brewed with Carolina Malt’s Tennessee 2-row and Riverbend Bloody Butcher corn, this little beer defies convention. It’s crisp and just a little plump with notes of baked bread and corn, with a slightly floral component. Think of it as a kölsch from the Corn Belt. ABV: 5.5%

DUNKELBUSTER - DUNKELWEIZEN - A German-style dark wheat beer brewed with a large percentage of Carolina Malt House’s red wheat, along with their Pilsner malt and a splash of Munich malt. Hopped in the kettle with Tettnang, this sparkling wheat has notes of banana, chocolate, and clove, making it reminiscent of banana bread. ABV: 5.5%
