Great classic dinner in the heart of Little Italy! I highly recommend!
Sal R.I had corned beef hash, eggs, and an English muffin, with coffee. Starting for context…. When ordering my coffee a restaurant, I usually also ask for a small cup of “real” half-n-half, milk, heavy cream, or pretty much “anything” I can use for creamer that is not a powder or come in those little plastic cups. Oddly, most servers make some kind of funny face or spend up to a minute, trying to explain to me the white stuff in the little cups are either “real half-and-half” or somehow “fine”. Yeah… it’s weird MOST will do that. Anyway, they didn’t do that. She was “Happy to make sure you have good coffee” They were SUPER nice, offered great customer service and were ready to go the extra mile. In fact, I wasn’t looking for chit chat, as I was tight on timing, but the other guy at the bar was. The available staff were happy to hang out and chitchat with the guest. It was clearly what he was there for and I could see they made him feel welcome. I got exactly what I wanted for breakfast, made exactly how I wanted it, and it was served with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.
