Beryl Sea is a hefeweizen, or wheat beer. It has a lower alcohol content and is easy-drinking. It is a more highly carbonated beer, and the wheat gives it a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, but still crisp. The yeast gives flavors of banana, clove, and even bubblegum. This is a great thirst quencher and pairs nicely with our roasted pepper bisque or smoked salmon dip.
