      Blend of 43% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Meunière and 20% Pinot Noir, pale lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of oven baked bread. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with lemon citrus zest and traces of floral notes. Fine lingering bubbles, light mousse, long finish ending with fresh crisp fruits wrapped in balanced acidity and creamy biscuit character. 750ml

    Established in 2009 as "SoCal's original gastropub", HAVEN craft kitchen+bar serves up gourmet comfort food, and our mission has been to provide high quality, freshly prepared food, maintaining purveyors of local or organic produce, sustainable seafood, and humanely raised meat and poultry.
