Blanton's Gold, the second version created after the Original Single Barrel Bourbon whiskey. Deep gold in color. The nose opens with a very attractive rush of floral, tobacco and tropical fruit notes, followed by toasty oak, caramel and honey. Rich and full in the mouth with explosive impact on the palate, releasing a range of spicy characters, charred oak and a load of sweet fruits. Recommended neat or with a splash of water. Blanton's Gold Edition is bottled at 51.5% ABV/VOL (103 Proof).

Weller Full Proof Bourbon is a wheated bourbon distilled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Bottled at 114 proof, this is the same proof as when the spirit entered the barrel for maturation. Blend of 43% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Meunière and 20% Pinot Noir, pale lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of oven baked bread. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with lemon citrus zest and traces of floral notes. Fine lingering bubbles, light mousse, long finish ending with fresh crisp fruits wrapped in balanced acidity and creamy biscuit character. 750ml
