A fried egg & Cabot cheddar on your choice of a daily vegetarian brioche bun, meat brioche bun or sourdough / GF bread. *All cheese, vegetable or meat ingredients are baked into the brioche buns! Egg and cheese is added inbetween the sliced bun.

Toasted Red Hen sourdough, avocado-herb spread, house pickled veggies, topped w/ a fried egg.

Yukon gold potato and onion hash, Cabot cheddar, a fried egg, and toast.

Cabot Creamery yogurt, house granola w/ cherries, pistachios, pepitas & coconut, mixed berry compote & Baird Farm maple syrup. *contains nuts & is gluten free

A portion of proceeds from each drink sold will be donated to ACEEF (Addison Central Educational Endowment Fund). ACEEF supports creative and innovative educational opportunities for students and teachers throughout the Addison Central School District, funding projects that go beyond what traditional school budgets can provide. Since 1989, ACEEF has awarded more than 300 grants, helping bring new ideas, experiences, and opportunities into classrooms across the community.
