Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli is a beloved family-owned deli founded in 1994 by Brooklyn natives Heidi and Steve Naples. Starting as a modest bagel and ice cream shop in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood, it quickly expanded into a full-service deli offering over 35 handcrafted sandwiches, made daily in-house with baked bread, along with salads, soups, wraps, smoothies, desserts, and fresh bagels.
Remaining true to its Brooklyn roots, the deli is known for its hearty, made-from-scratch offerings and high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients—like nitrate-free meats and non-GMO cheese—from trusted suppliers.
