Tableside Experience | Margarita This guided experience walks you through the art of building an exceptional Margarita—exploring balance, technique, and ingredient quality—featuring Corralejo Tequila. For the best experience, we've thoughtfully curated an optional food pairing menu designed not just to complement your cocktails, but to enhance the entire experience. Your experience includes: -(1) Welcome tequila shot (for sensory purposes only, of course 😉) -(1) Classic Margarita -(1) Custom Margarita, built to your personal taste -A guided, tableside cocktail lesson led by your cocktail guide, covering proper technique, ingredient selection, and how small adjustments create dramatically different cocktails -Your handcrafted Margaritas to enjoy throughout the experience -Access to our curated event pairing menu -A take-home recipe card so you can recreate your favorite Margarita at home -A special gift from Corralejo Tequila to take home This personalized experience is perfect for individuals, couples, or groups of 2–4 guests. Larger parties may be accommodated upon request, and private experiences are also available. Our full food and cocktail menu will be available for purchase during or after your experience. We'll try to start your experience as soon as your entire party arrives. $50 per guest, plus gratuity. Reservations are required and may be made through the event link or by contacting our hosts.
Available Times
Reservation Policy -The entire restaurant, including bar seating, is utilized for reservations to ensure availability and the smooth flow of service. If you have a seating preference, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. - All reservations are allotted a 2-hour dining experience.* If you require additional time, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate. - We will hold your table for up to **10 minutes** past your reservation time. Without communication, your reservation may be released after this window. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. *Please note that late arrivals will still be subject to the original reservation window and may result in a shortened dining experience. -If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible so we may offer the table to other guests. Groups -Hemingway's Underground is an intimate cocktail lounge designed to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 4 guests for dining, and up to 6 guests for cocktails at a single table. -Groups requiring multiple tables or parties of more than 6 guests should contact us at [info@HemingwaysUnderground.com] before booking so we can discuss available accommodations. Standing-room gatherings are not permitted except during designated special events. -Reservations requiring multiple tables occupy a significant portion of our dining room and may require a credit card to secure the reservation. These reservations may also be subject to a cancellation fee if canceled with insufficient notice. Any applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
