Join us for a hands-on oyster shucking class led by our team. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seafood lover looking to sharpen your skills, this experience is both educational and delicious. Your $30 ticket includes: • A half dozen local oysters • Your own Jetsam oyster knife and towel to take home • A guided tutorial on oysters and shucking technique • Additional oysters available for purchase on-site at a rate of $1 each

Haute Feast at Barnegat Oyster Collective is a waterfront, chef-driven, farm-to-table seafood restaurant located at the headquarters of a working oyster farm. We are proud to operate in collaboration with a collective of independent oyster farmers and local fishermen, sourcing directly from the water to your plate. Our menus rotate weekly, driven by what’s fresh, sustainable, and local—celebrating the bounty of Barnegat Bay.
