Join us at The Hillmont for a special cider tasting and tapas pairing experience featuring our friends at Ponderosa Cider! We'll be exploring a selection of their locally crafted ciders, with the spotlight on their new Basque-style cider. Inspired by the traditional ciders of Northern Spain. To complement the tasting, Chef Ashley has put together a tapas menu to pair with Ponderosa's ciders, highlighting how the unique flavors and characteristics of each cider interact with thoughtfully crafted dishes. Throughout the evening, you will learn about Ponderosa's approach to cidermaking, discover the traditions behind Basque cider, and experience the versatility of cider at the dinner table.
