Organic durum wheat spaghetti, Bianco DiNapoli organic plum tomatoes, basil-infused extra virgin olive oil from Campania, grana padano. Perfect to add straciatella (the inside of burrata) to on top of the pasta! Note on the gluten-free pasta: we boil in a separate pot, and do our absolute best to be careful, but it is impossible to control all flour contamination in our pizza-focused restaurant. Flour inevitably is airborne around our restaurant, and while we do our best, we can't guarantee a celiac and gluten allergy safe environment.
