Hommali started with homesickness. We spent years away from Thailand, and Hommali is our way of getting back to that feeling. The food, the space, and the style of hospitality are all shaped by the flavors we grew up with, and the longing for something familiar.
Chef Benz Chattchakorn cooks the Thai food of her childhood, informed by a lifetime of professional experience. Across the menu, we draw on the richness and diversity of Thailand's regional cuisines, working with seasonal ingredients and thoughtful technique to bring those dishes to the table the way they deserve.
