At the heart of our bakery is a proud mother-and-daughter team, a women-owned and Mexican-owned business that took the reins just one year ago with a vision much bigger than desserts. What began as a leap of faith has grown into a space rooted in culture, resilience, and community.
We are passionate about giving back to Pueblo, the city that raised us, through partnerships, student opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences that go far beyond the kitchen. Our goal is not only to serve something sweet, but to create a place where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Every recipe we make and every event we take part in carries a deeper purpose: to show the next generation of young entrepreneurs, especially young women and first-generation dreamers, that building something of their own is possible.
