In this small-group cocktail class, we’ll focus on tequila—learning how agave shines in thoughtfully crafted drinks. Whether you’re new or already a fan, this class is designed to be approachable & hands-on. Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, you’ll learn to build three cocktails, each highlighting a different spirit: ✨ A build-your-own margarita centered on Primero Plata – with options of hibiscus, cucumber, or classic agave ✨ A stiff and stirred cocktail featuring Primero Cristalino – with stong notes of citrus and bitter gentian ✨ An earthy, slightly hickory smoked cocktail featuring Primero Humoso – with added notes of apricot and dry sherry • All spirits, ingredients, tools, and glassware for the evening• Three cocktails you make yourself or with the group• Light snacks• Take-home recipe cards• Gratuity Come raise a glass with us and learn a few new tricks behind the bar. **Event is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.**

In this small-group cocktail class, we’ll focus on Bluecoat Gin—learning how the different botanicals shine in thoughtfully crafted drinks. Whether you’re new or already a fan, this class is designed to be approachable & hands-on. Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, you’ll learn to build three cocktails, each highlighting a different spirit: ✨ A riff on a classic Gimlet featuring Bluecoat American Gin – lime driven with a fresh vegetal infusion of arugula ✨ A Strawberry Martinez built around Bluecoat Barrel Finished Gin – stirred and classic ✨ A Summer melon bubbly drink featuring Bluecoat Elderflower Gin – with added notes of grapefruit and lime • All spirits, ingredients, tools, and glassware for the evening• Three cocktails you make yourself or with the group• Light snacks• Take-home recipe cards• Gratuity Come raise a glass with us and learn a few new tricks behind the bar. **Event is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.**
