Whole wheat bronze and gold flours blended with cracked hard wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley, triticale, rye, millet, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, honey, water, yeast, and salt. This is the heartiest and healthiest bread we offer, which is rich in fiber and taste.

A soft white bread with a hard outer crust. Baked off in the steam oven to give it that nice outer crust and soft crumb on the inside. Made from unbleached white flour, honey, water, yeast, oil, and salt ( & a dash of love). The best made Grandma’s way – fresh and all-natural. Made Daily (pre order if you need more than 2 loafs)

A natural Sourdough with tangy, sour flavor made from a blend of whole wheat and white flour, sourdough starter (25 years old), honey, water, yeast, and salt. The artisan breads are proofed in a Banneton basket for a few hours, then baked in the steam oven to develop a nice crust and a soft crumb on the inside.
