House of Brunch – Reservation Policy
1. Reservation Availability
-Reservations are accepted for parties of 1–8 guests.
-Larger groups may be accommodated with advance notice and are subject to our Large Party Policy (see below).
-Walk-ins are always welcome and will be seated based on availability.
2. Timing & Grace Period
-We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations.
-If your full party has not arrived within this window, your table may be released to waiting guests.
-We seat complete parties only to ensure the best dining flow and guest experience.
3. Duration of Seating
-To maintain smooth service during peak brunch hours:
-Parties of 1–4 guests: 75-minute table limit
-Parties of 5–8 guests: 90-minute table limit
If you’d like additional time, please let us know in advance — we always try to accommodate when possible.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
-Reservations may be modified or canceled up to 2 hours before your reserved time with no penalty.
-No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $10 per person fee (optional — remove if you don’t charge).
-Chronic no-show behavior may result in restricted booking privileges.
5. Large Parties (9+ guests)
-Large parties require a credit card on file.
-A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
-Groups of 9+ are provided a 90–120 minute dining window.
6. Special Requests
We gladly accommodate:
-High chairs
-Accessibility seating
-Outdoor seating (weather permitting)
-Dietary needs / allergies
-Requests are noted but not guaranteed, depending on real-time availability.
7. Outside Food & Drinks
-Outside beverages are not permitted.
-Outside desserts are allowed with a $10 plating fee, unless arranged otherwise.
8. Pets
-Service animals are always allowed.
-Dogs are welcome on our patio (if applicable), following local health regulations.
