The food was so fresh and had really good flavor. I had the ramen, the taste was amazing and the pork was really tender. The sushi melted in your mouth. We also had a mango boba, which was super tasty. The ganpunki one of our favorites and kimchi which is always spicy with a good flavor. We are so excited the Ichiban is back. We love Carol, Jim, Michelle and Grace along with the rest of the staff. They always make you feel welcome. They definitely have the best sushi and Korean food in the state.
