At Iki Toro, we believe that exceptional Japanese cuisine is an art form defined by two things: the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the flame. Our culinary team brings over 100 years of combined experience to the kitchen, blending time-honored techniques with modern precision. Every morning, we receive a selection of the world’s finest fish, flown in directly from Japan to ensure our sushi remains unparalleled in freshness and flavor. Beyond the sushi bar, the heart of our restaurant is the authentic open-fire Robata grill. Here, we use traditional methods to sear everything from delicate seafood and tender chicken to the highest-grade Wagyu steak. To complete your experience, explore our bar—home to one of the largest selections of Japanese whiskey in the city. Whether you are looking for a rare pour or a Japanese-inspired cocktail crafted by our expert mixologists, our service staff, trained by industry leaders, is here to ensure every moment of your meal is seamless.
