I’ve tried a lot of South Indian food around town, but this is the best ghee roast dosa I’ve ever had in the Twin Cities. It has that genuine, authentic, homemade taste that is so hard to find at restaurants. Perfectly crispy, beautifully golden, and rich with ghee. Absolutely outstanding!
