You’ll Need: 1 bag pancake mix, 1⅓ cups milk, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon (optional) Directions: 1. Whisk together the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. 2. Stir in the pancake mix until just combined (a few lumps are okay!). 3. Let batter rest 5–10 minutes. 4. Pour ¼ cup batter onto a lightly greased skillet over medium heat. 5. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden brown. Makes approximately 10–12 pancakes.
