Iron Born Bistro

The beef brisket (substituted for pork) skillet (cold) with lettuce, black beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes (plus corn, onions, and jalapeños, if desired) was tasty and just enough to fill you up without feeling stuffed. The staff persons were friendly and accommodating. The train atmosphere was interesting and relayed some of the history of the area when the iron workers came to Marietta by train.
