Join us on October 1st for Iron Exchange's Fall Beer Pairing Dinner! This season, we're opening our five-course dinner to guests of all ages. Whether you choose beer pairings with each course or prefer wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages, there's something for everyone. Pricing: Five Course Dinner $60 Five Course Dinner with Beer Pairing $75 Space is limited, so make your reservation today! Seating begins at 5pm. Parties are limited to eight guests. Course One: IX Cider paired with Obatzda, rye toast points, and pickled vegetables. Course Two: Helles Bock paired with walleye cake, celeriac remoulade, and apple slaw. Course Three: Festbier paired with duck breast, cranberry gastrique, turnip purée, Brussels sprouts, and bacon. Course Four: Fruited Hazy IPA paired with beer-braised pork, pineapple butter, sweet potato, and roasted broccolini. Course Five: London Porter paired with German chocolate cake, and salted porter caramel.
