I stopped in one afternoon while shopping, and was promptly greeted by a friendly gentleman. My server Thania was on point- friendly and attentive; excellent knowledge of the menu and cocktail options- and helped me choose what are now favorites. Since my first visit,I have been coming in weekly as a little treat for myself. I brought some friends in for a birthday luncheon. The “monkey brain” and “crispy mango” rolls are my favorite. Going in, I was a little skeptical about “shrimp nachos” but the “Super Nachos de Camarones were outstanding! Definitely worth a try. Overall, Isla Del Mar is a welcome bright spot in suburban sprawl, and I look forward to my weekly visits and to checking in with Thania and crew!
