FIRST COURSE Choice of One Baby Spinach Salad Fresh baby spinach, dried cranberries, feta cheese, candied pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette. Roasted Butternut Squash Soup Velvety roasted butternut squash soup, finished with spiced cream and toasted pumpkin seeds. MAIN COURSE Choice of One Traditional Roasted Turkey Oven-roasted turkey with savory herb stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, candied yams, seasonal vegetables, and Port wine cranberry sauce. Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Herb-crusted prime rib, slow-roasted and served with au jus, horseradish cream, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass Pan-seared Chilean sea bass with lemon beurre blanc, creamy mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
