Jamaican Spice and Grill is a family-owned restaurant built on real Jamaican tradition. As a Jamaican-born owner, it was important for me to bring the true taste of home to our community. Our jerk chicken is cooked the authentic way — slow grilled over charcoal, never in the oven — and our curry goat is made the way grandma used to make it.
