Similarly to our Country Sourdough, this loaf is rustic on the outside and soft on the inside. This loaf has some buckwheat flour along with, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. For this bread, we use 100% Deep Roots Milling Flour. Our sammy loaves are made with a combo of Central Milling flour a whole grain flour from Deep Roots Milling. Zero commercial yeast, our sammy loaves are 100% sourdough. A touch of olive oil and local honey give it that soft, but sturdy sandwich texture.
