Aloha and Thank you for creating a reservation at Japanese Grandmas Cafe. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ OUR RESERVATION POLICY. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE OUTDOOR SEATING, UNLESS WEATHER IS NOT COOPERATING, YOU MAY BE RELOCATED INDOORS. (10/01/2026=please note: We are currently getting the garden dining back to its safe state for use. During this time of operation, all reservations are done indoor until further notice.) RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE UP TO 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCED. WE DO NOT COMBINE RESERVATIONS INTO ONE, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION. LUNCH RESERVATIONS (12pm - 2pm): We welcome WALK-INS OF LESS THAN 8 guests (subject to availability) and Reservations for parties of 8 or more guests. DINNER Reservations(4pm - 7pm): Dinner reservations are recommended and can be made online, phone, or in person. Walk-Ins are welcome but subject to availability. Food service ends at 7:30PM and drinks till 8PM. TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OUR GUESTS, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO REVIEW OUR RESERVATION POLICY: --ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRESENT TO BE SEATED. Standard reservations allow for a dining time of 90 minutes per table. if you require additional time, please inform us in advanced so we can accommodate when possible. - Confirmation of reservations are done after credit card info is given. Unconfirmed reservations may be released in 12 hours before reservation time. -We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. No-Shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $25/guest . - Parties of 8 or more may require a deposit or credit card guarantee. -Please arrive on time for your reservation. We hold tables for 15 minutes after the scheduled time, after which table will be released. -If you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies, please let us know ahead of time. While we do our best to make an effort to accommodate them, our kitchen does handle common allergens (soy, sesame, gluten) and we cannot guarantee the complete separation of these ingredients. If you have a serious allergy, please let us know so we can take extra precautions, but we recommend you proceed with caution. Please provide the necessary information in order for your reservation to be secured. Deposits go towards your check (note: WE allow checks to be divided among up to 3 cards, other than that, WE DON'T ALLOW SPLIT ITEMIZED CHECKS.)
