To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our reservation policy: Reservation Timing We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all bookings. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. To provide the best possible service for larger parties, we kindly require a deposit for reservations of 6 or more guests on busy days and weekends. Parties of 13 or more guests are required to submit an inquiry form online or can call for assistance (313) 816-0007. Please review the policy below: Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to secure your reservation for parties of 6 or more. This amount will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your visit or refunded back to originally form of payment. Deposits are due 24 hours before your reservation time. Payment Method Deposits can be paid via credit card over the phone when confirming your reservation. Your reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. There will be one check presented at the end of your meal. You may pay using up to 3 credit cards of equal payment, or all-cash. We do not accept multiple different forms of payment. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time without notifying us, your reservation may be released to accommodate other guests. We will do our best to seat you as soon as possible, but a wait may be required. No-Shows Guests who do not arrive within the grace period and fail to contact us may be marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may impact your ability to make future reservations. Changes & Cancellations Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to help us serve all our guests effectively. Cancellation & Refunds Full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Grace Period Please note that we offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. Your entire group must be present to be seated. If your party is late, your table may be released and the deposit forfeited. For BENCH seating and table alongside the pillar it is $65 entertainment fee per person.
