    We’re officially doing it — Pasteles-Making Classes are coming to Jay’s! 🙌🏽 Come learn one of our family’s favorite Puerto Rican holiday traditions with us! We’ll walk you through the ingredients and process, then you’ll get hands-on building and wrapping your own pasteles. Afterward, we’ll sit down together and enjoy a traditional Puerto Rican meal with pasteles, arroz con gandules and potato salad — and you’ll take 6 pasteles home to enjoy later! ❤️ 📅 Wednesday, October 7 | 6–8PM 📅 Saturday, October 10 | 11AM–1PM Only 12 people per class 🍽️ Puerto Rican holiday meal included 🫔 6 pasteles to take home 💵 $85 per person 📍 El Swampo Pavilion at Jay’s Latin Kitchen We had such a great response when we first floated this idea, so we’re excited to finally make it happen!     🥃 ONE LAST TEQUILA TASTING! 🥃 We’re wrapping up our tequila tasting season on Wednesday, October 14th with El Jimador! 🌵 For our final tasting of the season, we’ll be pouring three different expressions: 🥃 El Jimador Reposado 🥃 El Jimador Añejo 🥃 El Jimador Cristalino Come raise a glass with us and help us close out another fun season of tequila tastings! 🍹🌮 📅 Wednesday, October 14th 🪑 Seating begins at 6 PM 🥃 Tasting begins at 6:30 PM 💲 $40 per person 🍹 Includes the tasting, a specialty cocktail, chips & dips, and other light fare Reservations required — grab your spot for the last one of the season!

Reservation Policy

We are a small restaurant with limited seating. During busy times when we are fully booked, reservations are held for a limited time and tables are reserved for up to two hours. We kindly ask that all members of your party arrive on time, as delays in seating or ordering can impact reservations scheduled after you. If part of your party arrives late, your table time may still be limited based on your original reservation time. If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible so we may accommodate other guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Jay's Latin Kitchen offers authentic Mexican and Puerto Rican dishes, proudly serving the Best Tacos in Maryland. Established in 2019, we invite you to enjoy our family-friendly dining experience, both indoors and on our seasonal outdoor patio. Reservations are for inside tables. Outside tables and bar seats are first come, first-served. If you reserve inside and outside tables are available when you arrive, you can choose to sit outside instead.
