JB's Coffee & Kitchen 2092 Grand Island Boulevard

JB’s is a scratch kitchen and coffee shop on Grand Island, owned by a family that grew up here. We grind our own sausage, smash our own burgers, slice our Beef on Weck to order, and make the sauces and syrups ourselves. Coffee is a custom espresso blend roasted for us by Tipico in Buffalo, with single origin drip and house-made syrups. We take gluten-free and vegan seriously, with a dedicated GF fryer, GF rolls and bagels, and vegan builds that are worth ordering on their own. Counter service, full menu all day, 7am to 4pm.
