Josephine's

We are so excited to have you joining our family at Josephine's! - All reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time, after which your table may be released to the next walk-in guest. We will attempt to reach you before releasing your table. - We allocate a specific dining time for each reservation based on the group size. Several of our tables are also assigned to another party later in the evening. We will make every effort possible to accommodate a longer stay, whenever possible! We appreciate your understanding and consideration for other guests. - If you would like to make any special arrangements or have questions about your reservation, please don't hesitate to reach out and give us a call at 970-610-3500 We look forward to hosting you soon! - Josephine's

**If you are looking to book a table for more than 10 people, please give us a call and we are happy to see what options we have available for you and your party! 970-610-3500 ** We’re excited to introduce Josephine’s, an Italian-inspired restaurant open in the heart of Fruita, Colorado. Rooted in tradition and crafted with love, Josephine’s will bring fresh pasta, bold flavors, and warm hospitality to our neighbors. Josie would say it's "nothing fancy" but to us, we want to make it unforgettable, just like she always did.
