The matcha was smooth, grassy, high quality and fresh tasting with no bitter aftertaste. I ordered a guava matcha, less sweet, and it was perfect. The guava purée was delightful! My husband tried the vanilla matcha, normal sweetness, and it was a really great baseline matcha latte. It was so nice to find somewhere that *does matcha right* after trying sooo many others in salt lake who fail the craft. Will absolutely be visiting again soon 🤍
