Great customer service! Accidentally placed my order 2x and my birthday rewards weren’t coming off in the app. Went in to try and explain and before I even opened my mouth the employee was greeting me and asking me if it was a mistake because the rewards weren’t working and telling me she was going to get it fixed/refund the second order for me! Delicious coffee as well!
