By digitally signing or accepting this quote, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein for the provision of bottle service at Kilroy’s in Bloomington, IN. 2. Kilroys is strictly 21+, anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed entry. No exceptions! RESERVATION AND TABLE FEE 1. A reservation for bottle service includes a designated section for a specified time period as agreed upon at the time of booking. 2. The reservation is valid until 30 minutes after the start time unless communicated with us; failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of your reservation and no refund. 3. The table is reserved for the number of wristbands listed on the reservation, any additional guests or wristbands may incur additional fees. 4. The guest agrees to pay the amount listed on reservation. This amount is a fee for reserving the section and DOES NOT INCLUDE a minimum spend or any credit towards menu purchases. The fee will be charged prior to the table beginning. 5. Any amount spent on bottles, drinks, food, or other menu items is separate from the table fee, the responsibility of the guest to pay, and will be added to the final bill. 6. The guest must provide a valid credit or debit card and a valid ID immediately upon their arrival at the venue on the date and time of their table. 7. Included on the final bill will be 20% gratuity, 8% sales tax, and a 4% card processing fee. CANCELLATIONS 1. All reservations are final and no refunds once a deposit is paid. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES 1. By signing this agreement, the guest authorizes Kilroy’s to charge the provided card for the table fee, additional charges, gratuities, and any applicable fees. 2. The guest agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Kilroy’s. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, Kilroy’s reserves the right to pursue legal action and collect any costs associated with the dispute. 3. Any disputes regarding charges must be reported to Kilroy’s within 7 days from the date of the reservation. Kilroy’s will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES 1. The guest and their party are expected to behave in a manner respectful of the venue, staff, and other patrons. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of service and removal from the premises without refund. 2. The guest agrees to comply with all venue policies, including dress code, age restrictions, and local laws and regulations. VENUE RIGHTS 1. Kilroy’s reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or venue policies. LIABILITY 1. The guest is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property caused by the guest or their party during the reservation period. 2. Kilroy’s is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
