To help us serve you efficiently and fairly, we ask all guests to review and follow our reservation policy: General Reservations * Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person during our business hours. * We accept reservations for parties of **1 to 7 guests** without a deposit. * For **parties of 8 or more**, a **deposit is required** to confirm your booking. Please contact us directly to arrange large-party reservations. Special Event Reservations If you would like to be seated **prior to your scheduled reservation** or hold a table for celebrations like **bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties**, or other group events: * A **\$150 deposit** is required to secure your table in advance. * A **\$250/hour table reservation fee** applies for the duration of your reservation. * These reservations must be arranged in advance and will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. (This type of reservation is for parties looking to set up their table, have floral, cakes and decor) Arrival & Table Hold Policy * Please ensure your full party arrives **on time**. * We allow a **15-minute grace period**. If your entire party is not present within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your table will be **released**, and you will be placed back in the **waiting queue**. (This applies to all reservations, even private party reservations) Table Requests * We do our best to honor **specific seating requests**, including indoor/outdoor tables or large booths. * However, **unless a deposit is paid**, all table choices are treated as **preferences only** and may not be available at the time of your reservation. Cancellation & Changes * For general reservations, we ask for at least **2 hours** notice for cancellations or changes. * For large parties (8+) or special event bookings, **deposits are non-refundable** unless canceled with 48 hours advance notice. * No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees or future booking restrictions. Walk-In Guests We always welcome walk-ins and will seat guests based on availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for choosing King City Kitchen. Our dining room is designed for connection, celebration, and unhurried meals — whether you’re joining us for a date night, a gathering with friends, or a special occasion. For larger parties, private dining inquiries, or curated experiences, please reach out and our team will be happy to assist. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept reservations for brunch. The only exception is parties of 10 or more, which must be arranged by phone. Brunch reservations are not accepted online.
