ABV: 6.6% // IBU: 70 Bastard Kat is well balanced and boldly hopped. Strong citrus and pine aromas are backed by floral and fruity undertones, while grapefruit and pine add a refreshing boost to the palate.

ABV: 7.3% // IBU: 83 Indian Pale Ale - Fusion of classic West Coast IPA characteristics, and new-school fruity, juicy hop flavor. Apricot, tangerine and grapefruit dominate in both aroma and flavor, accented by milder notes of pineapple and black tea. Balanced yet fun, smooth yet flavorful, Heliotrope IPA is truly a delicious creation. Hops: Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade

ABV: 4.5% // IBU: 10 What is Apero? It's a crisp and delightfully bubbly beer brewed for all occasions. Boasting delightful ripe blackberry notes, Blackberry Apero is light and dry on the palate, thoroughly refreshing, and most of all a whole lot of fun.

ABV: 4.5% // IBU: 15 Kulshan Especial is an easy drinking Mexican- Style Pale Lager that would be the perfect beer companion out on a white sandy beach, but it also does pretty well sitting outside on a beautiful sunny Bellingham day. Light crisp malt notes are the central feature of this beer, with a very dry, clean finish, and slight floral hop notes. Highly drinkable, we recommend adding a lime wedge for a slight citrus zing.

ABV: 5.2% // IBU: 15 A delicious American Lager with crisp zippy malt notes and subtle floral and citrusy hop notes. Fiamma Frosty is the perfect companion for the delicious pizza and mouth-wateringly good burgers handcrafted by Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger.

ABV: 5% // IBU: 12 Our take on this classic German Wheat Beer, this Hefeweizen is unfiltered, with a frothy white head and delicious aroma notes of fresh baked bread, clove, vanilla, and slight banana. On the tongue, this beer is soft and finishes slightly sweet, with flavor notes very similar to its aroma. This beer is delicious and sessionable served as is, or can be served with a lemon wedge to add a refreshing citrus zing to it.

ABV: 5% // IBU: 15 2020 Bronze medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival! This beer has bready notes and slight lingering sweetness. Noble German hops provide slight floral and herbal accents, balancing out the sweet malt notes. Prost!

ABV: 6.5% // IBU: 37 Into the Haze is the newest addition to our family of core beers, and the first hazy in that lineup. It is an easy drinking beer with lush tropical fruit and citrus hop notes.

ABV: 6 % // IBU 25 Smooth bready malt, along with accents of toast, biscuit, and light honey + caramel accents. Mild bitterness, and light floral / earthy hops.

ABV: 4.9% // IBU: 30 Traditional clean and bready malt flavors support herbal, floral and slightly spicy hop aromatics and flavor. With a medium body and a dry finish, Kulshan Pilsner is the epitome of balance, simplicity and flavor. Prost!

ABV: 5% // IBU: 12 Premium Lager is delicate, refreshing, and highly crushable. Brewed with U.S. Malted Barley, German Pilsner malt, and Yakima Valley Hops of the highest quality in classic 12oz cans.

ABV: 4.9% // IBU: 22 Easy to drink yet full of flavor, it showcases Munich Malt, Crystal Malt and Roasted Barley living in harmony with Willamette and Golding hops. Medium in body and creamy on the pallet, it lingers pleasantly and has a malty sweet finish.

ABV: 5.2% // IBU: 20 Rye You A Drink is a crisp and easy drinking rye lager. The rye and spelt malts used impart bready and slightly spicy malt complexity, while the German hops balance out slight malty sweetness with floral and herbal notes. Number 009 in our Brewer's Select series, this one is truly a Jenn Tadder masterpiece!

ABV 5.5% // IBU 50 Grapefruit dominates the nose, with peach, melon and berry aromas playing a supporting role. A mellow but sturdy bready malt presence provides the platform for this assertive hopping, creating a balanced and highly drinkable IPA.

ABV: 4.3% // IBU: 18 A recipe created with great care by K2 Lead Brewer Drake Schaffer, Yutori is a very pale and very dry lager along with hints of floral german hops, that will keep you coming back for more and more of this delightful lager.

ABV: < 0.5% // IBU: 30 Our N/A IPA with big fruity notes, but a crisper malt body and slightly boosted hop character and bitterness.
