Who We Are At La Belle® French Bakery, we bring the tradition of French pâtisserie to Colorado with purpose, precision, and passion. Founded in 2016 by French-born pastry chef Julien Renaut, La Belle® was built on a simple belief: exceptional ingredients, disciplined technique, and relentless attention to detail create unforgettable experiences. Born in Lille, France, Julien began his pastry journey at 17 before earning his Pastry Degree and Master’s in Chocolate from CEFMA. After refining his craft in France, he moved to the United States to serve as Executive Pastry Chef before launching La Belle®. Today, La Belle® operates as both a wholesale production bakery and a retail destination. From our production facility, we supply over 120 wholesale partners across Colorado — while also welcoming guests daily at our two retail locations in Broomfield and Greenwood Village. But numbers are not what define us. We are artisans. We are disciplined. We are committed to excellence — every batch, every layer, every detail. From laminated croissants and refined entremets to custom wedding cakes and strategic wholesale partnerships, our focus remains the same: to elevate everyday moments into something memorable. La Belle® is more than a bakery. It is a standard. And we are just getting started.
