We welcome one of America's legendary wine importers Neal Rosenthal. He is responsible for starting so many important divergents in the world of wine. Single handedly bringing better drinking to the world of American wine drinkers, by supporting natural, organic and biodynamic wineries in the 1970s and advocating and resting wines for consumption when they are ready. He will take us through a few wines to start and then we will have a full paired meal alongside him. Five courses paired and a 30 minute seminar.
