Reservation Policies – La Creación Bistro Thank you for choosing La Creación Bistro. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review the following policies: 1. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The only exception is a birthday cake, which must be arranged in advance. A cake-cutting fee (for plates and utensils) will apply. 2.Reservation Guarantee We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After that, the table may be released to other guests. 3.Party Size & Changes Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in the number of guests. Large parties (8 or more) may require a credit card to hold the reservation and could be subject to a deposit or set menu. Reservations for 6 to10 people may have an estimated wait time of 30 to 50 minutes to be served after placing the order. 4. Cancellations We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, especially for larger parties. 5. Children & High Chairs High chairs and booster seats are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need one. 6. Special Requests Dietary restrictions, allergies, or special occasions should be mentioned when making the reservation so we can better accommodate you. 7. Dress Code We maintain a smart-casual dress code. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing athletic wear, flip-flops, or overly casual attire. 8. Service Charge A discretionary gratuity is appreciated. For parties of 6 or more, an automatic 20% service charge may be added. 9. Allergies & Dietary Needs Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. 10. Kindly be mindful of the volume of your conversations to ensure they do not overpower those of neighboring tables.
