For the first time ever, LaCoco’s Pizza gave me the wrong pizza order. I ordered half pepperoni and half chicken with mushrooms, but mistakes happen. What really stood out was how professionally the situation was handled. I spoke with the manager, and he immediately gave me two great options: either come back and they’ll remake my original pizza, or keep the amount I spent as store credit for my next visit. I really appreciated the customer service and the way they took care of the issue without any hassle. That level of professionalism and care keeps me coming back. Thank you, LaCoco’s Pizza!
I’ll be honest. I always get a little anxious ordering from here because I’m a bit outside their usual delivery range, and I worry my pizza might show up cold. But every single time, Lacoco’s proves me wrong. My orders always arrive fresh, hot, and exactly how you’d hope. The pizza itself is consistently great—the bread is soft with just the right amount of crunch, and you can tell it’s made fresh. It’s hard to find that balance, but they nail it every time. Definitely one of the most reliable spots I’ve ordered from. Highly recommend!
