1) Pork "carnitas" Michoacán style slow-cooked, pulled pork tacos are braised in orange, onion, garlic, and lard. 2) Shredded chicken "tinga" Stewed in aromatic bay leaves, onions, and garlic cloves before being finished in red sauce, our shredded chicken "tinga" is finished with Mexican "crema" with "queso fresco." 3) Al Pastor Trumpet Mushroom (Vegan) Trumpet mushrooms in our delicious Al Pastor spices. Topped with onions & cilantro "macho."
