Lady Baker is an artisan bakery and café at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines. Founded by Paula Marsola in 2019, we bake naturally fermented sourdough breads, laminated croissants, quiche, and pastries fresh every morning — alongside espresso and coffee for the daily regulars. Everything starts with our living sourdough starters: Lola, Lilly, and Nina, each with its own character, fed and cared for every day.
