To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your reservation. Cancellation & Refunds: Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the full deposit. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer's financial institution.
